Safety First

Your journey to 1304H is safe, supervised, and carefully designed.

  • 1. Our Commitment

Your safety is our highest priority.

Every moment of Camp 1304H — from the time you surrender your phone to the moment you return — is supported by trained professionals, environmental experts, and a dedicated rescue and medical team.

You are stepping into the past, but you are not stepping into danger.

  • 2. Supervision by Trained Custodians

Two types of custodians guide every group:

    - Time Custodians (narrative leaders + trained guides)

    - Safety Custodians (silent guardians + certified field survival team)

    They ensure:

    - Correct camel-riding posture

    - Hydration pacing

    - Heat and cold safety

    - Navigation

    - Group integrity (no one ever wanders off)

  • 3. Barq Rescue Team (برق)

For emergencies, our Barq Rescue Team operates on standby with:

    - 4×4 desert vehicles

    - GPS triangulation

    - Thermal and night-vision tracking

    - Immediate extraction capability

If a guest becomes disoriented, overheated, or ill, Barq is deployed instantly.

  • 4. Communication Protocols

Even though guests surrender their phones, Camp 1304H maintains secure communications:

    - Each custodian carries satellite-enabled communication devices

    - Ranger teams monitor weather, wind, sand shifts, and visibility

    - Emergency contact information is kept private and accessible to safety staff only

    You are never unreachable.

    - Stay within the group

    - Respect camel behavior

    - Wear provided attire

    - Avoid modern references around in-era hosts (for experience consistency, not safety)

And most importantly: Ask for help at any moment. We’re here for you.

  • 10. In Case of Emergency

If, God forbid, a real-life emergency occurs at home:

    - Your emergency contact notifies us

    - Custodians extract you discreetly

    - You are transported safely back to the present

No guest is ever stuck in the past.
