Every moment of Camp 1304H — from the time you surrender your phone to the moment you return — is supported by trained professionals, environmental experts, and a dedicated rescue and medical team.
You are stepping into the past, but you are not stepping into danger.

2. Supervision by Trained Custodians
Two types of custodians guide every group:
- Time Custodians (narrative leaders + trained guides)
- Safety Custodians (silent guardians + certified field survival team)
They ensure:
- Correct camel-riding posture
- Hydration pacing
- Heat and cold safety
- Navigation
- Group integrity (no one ever wanders off)

3. Barq Rescue Team (برق)
For emergencies, our Barq Rescue Team operates on standby with:
- 4×4 desert vehicles
- GPS triangulation
- Thermal and night-vision tracking
- Immediate extraction capability
If a guest becomes disoriented, overheated, or ill, Barq is deployed instantly.

4. Communication Protocols
Even though guests surrender their phones, Camp 1304H maintains secure communications:
- Each custodian carries satellite-enabled communication devices
- Ranger teams monitor weather, wind, sand shifts, and visibility
- Emergency contact information is kept private and accessible to safety staff only
You are never unreachable.

5. Camel Welfare & Safety
Our camels are:
- Professionally trained
- Handled by Bedouin specialists
- Matched to rider comfort
- Equipped with traditional yet stabilized saddles
Guests receive:
- A short camel-riding orientation
- Support mounting and dismounting
- Safety pacing (slow, comfortable caravan speed)

6. Environmental Safety
Our protocols include:
- Heat-index monitoring
- Mandatory hydration breaks
- Shade stops
- Fire safety around the camp
- Night visibility paths
- Wind and sandstorm contingency plans
- Temperature-appropriate clothing guidance
If weather conditions shift, the itinerary adjusts immediately.

7. Health & Accessibility
We accommodate:
- Mild mobility challenges
- Dietary restrictions
- Guests with family or medical considerations (on request)
We cannot host:
- Guests with severe heart conditions
- Guests with pregnancies
- Guests with mobility disabilities requiring wheelchairs or aids (due to camel-based movement)
- Children under 10
A health self-declaration form ensures everyone’s safety.

8. Ethical, Cultural, and Environmental Responsibility
Camp 1304H operates with:
- Geo-Park Reserve environmental standards
- Zero-trace desert policy
- Animal welfare protocols
- Cultural authenticity guidelines
- Dedicated gender-sensitive arrangements
Your presence respects the desert, its people, and its history.

9. Your Role in Safety
We ask guests to:
- Follow custodian instructions
- Stay within the group
- Respect camel behavior
- Wear provided attire
- Avoid modern references around in-era hosts (for experience consistency, not safety)
And most importantly: Ask for help at any moment. We’re here for you.

10. In Case of Emergency
If, God forbid, a real-life emergency occurs at home:
- Your emergency contact notifies us
- Custodians extract you discreetly
- You are transported safely back to the present
No guest is ever stuck in the past.
